do we know whats the main reason for this?
just last year I saw 3 cases. where for the past 10years, 0 case.

bad axle??

One more instance to report here. Mine strangely enough broke exactly the same way, except mine was a 125cc OTK axle with the reinforced sleeve underneath which did not break. Crazy huh?
