Don’t be using a set of allen keys that you found at your Grampa’s house or US Imperial wrenches on a metric bolt. The worst I have ever seen is using a cresent wrench on the spindle nut.
Every year Vega comes out with what I consider to be the best gokart calander ever. Just take a look for yourself.Whats cool is these calanders are a huge icon for every kart manufacture and shop. I have been in many karting shops and whats one of the first things you notice is the Vega calander on the wall.

For years I have been emphasizing to all of the drivers I have worked with the importance of core strength and being fit for karting. In the Science Of Driving Instructional DVD it is the only source of referance that has a section focused on fitness and a training routine that karters can follow on a weekly basis. Being able to last 20-30 minutes in a kart with no problems of feeling fatigue allows you to focus on driving and eliminate variables that can affect your performance.

Best part it is the Rotax Jetting Software is free and you can actually keep your browser up and not require internet to run the program.
